  • How do I reset my password

    Currently Logged In Students can reset their passwords from your My Account page.

    1. Login to SchudioTV
    2. Click avatar in the top-right header
    3. Click My Account
    4. Select Password on the left menu
    5. Input new password under Change Password and Retype Password
    6. Input original password under Current Password
    7. Click Update

  • How do I get my course certificate?

    Who are certificates issued to?

    Course certificates are issued at the end of all paid courses and to those who are enrolled as a Member in any of our paid memberships.

    Certificates are not currently issued for free courses. We advise that should you require evidence of completion of a course, you should use your email confirmation of completion.

    How to find your certificate
    For a student to access a certificate from their account settings:
    1. Login to Thinkific site
    2. Click the account menu on the top right
    3. Select My Account
    4. Select Certificates on the left menu
    5. Click View on the desired certificate

  • How can I turn off my weekly reminder emails?

    How to Turn Off Email Notifications in a Student Account:

    1. Login to your student account
    2. Select Notifications
    3. Uncheck Send me a weekly reminder email and/or Notify me when someone replies to a discussion I created
    4. Click Save changes

  • How to manage your billing.

    To access your Billing details, you can click on their name or picture in the top right of your Thinkific site header and select My Account

    Then select the Billing tab. From this page, you can also Delete your saved card. Before you can do that, you will need to cancel any subscriptions or payments plans you have with us first!
    Cancelling a Subscription or Payment Plan
    To end recurring payments, from My Account Billing, you can hit Cancel for that subscription or payment plan. The subscription will then change to "Cancelled" in Stripe, and you will automatically lose access to the associated content at the end of your billing period.
