My Employment Passport has been created by Richard Lamplough based on his 29 years’ experience supporting approximately 200 young people with additional needs into paid work.

Over the years, Richard’s work has been funded by a number of different organisations including local authorities, the DWP and the Careers and Enterprise Company. The My Employment Passport bronze offer (going live on February 23^rd) is a free 10-module course entitled How to make a Video CV. This is something Richard has done in the past that has proved successful for young people and employers.
